Cory manages all aspects of the company, marketing, maintaining customer relationships, Business Development, Project Management, estimating, EHS, contract review and execution, and subcontractors' vetting. Cory has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, working on some of the largest and most complex projects across the United States. During his career, he has worked for one of the largest electrical contractors in the country as well as regional contractors. Cory's exposure to electrical contracting started while working for his father's company at an early age. Cory completed his NJATC Inside Wireman Apprenticeship in 2004. Since then, he has served as a General Foreman, Lead Instrument Tech, Safety Director, General Manager, Vice President, and now as a Principal and COO.
Cory has chaired and served on multiple boards for the Associated General Contractors of California, served as a mentor for Los Angeles and Riverside Counties ACE Mentor, and mentored the CSULB and CSUF Student Chapters for Construction Management. During his career, he has been an OSHA Instructor, instructed for the IBEW Training Trust, served as a proctor for the EPRI Certification, and was a technical advisor on a textbook for NJATC.
Ty Gray has held all levels of positions within a Low Voltage Company/Division over his 31 years in the LV Industry. Having worked for both Union and Non-Union, Low Voltage, and Electrical companies, he has a broad range of expertise in positioning his organization to support and meet the clients' needs. His most exceptional talent is discovering the customers' LV requirements and finding the right solutions that allow flexibility and growth to meet the client's needs today and into the future. Ty is involved in Estimating and Project Management, Field Leadership, and Operational Management, to Design and Design-Build scenarios for many clients' projects. His leadership style is optimistic about the task at hand, always collaborative, and open to the latest and newest technologies to provide the best deliverables available. Ty holds a current Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification with BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International).
De'Mond Dearing Ret. Sergeant Major with over 20 years of Operational and Organization Leadership within the United States Army Special Operations community. He oversaw the digital transformation of communication platforms within his organization. De'Mond served as Deputy Program Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Analyst to one of the largest Global Defense Companies. He is a 75th Ranger Regiment Veteran and Veteran of multiple foreign wars. The Nielson Norman Group certifies DeMond as a User Experience Researcher. As VP, De'Mond is responsible for orchestrating design, development teams, general contracts, and project consultants in the Southeast region. Supervises construction directors, general contractors, and coordinates meetings while collaborating on the development team's details. De'Mond also manages current client relationships, customer journey mapping whilst acquiring new business and has oversight of all Southeast Region developments.
Celeste Paige-Harris conducts performance management, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations. Celeste is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company's human resources department. Celeste supervises and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
Janine Robledo is responsible for various duties, ranging from document control and technology coordinating with owners & subcontractors to submittal and overall project correspondence and contract management. Her experience began with Conti LLC after graduating from Fullerton College and completing her Notary Public Certification.
